TERMS OF PURCHASE

If you have sailed with Jazz Cruises on 4 or more cruises (including The Smooth Jazz Cruise 2012), then you are eligible for the "4 or More Rate."

If you have sailed with Jazz Cruises, but fewer than 4 cruises, then you are eligible for the "Returning Guest Rate."

If you are new to our Cruise Programs, then you are eligible for our "Public Rate."

Fuel Surcharge Guaranty

Jazz Cruises has entered into a contract through Holland America which protects all guests from a potentially incalculable surcharge for fuel. A Fuel Surcharge Guaranty of $25 will be added to each guest’s final invoice. By this payment, Jazz Cruises has insured that there will be no other fees or costs due from guests for fuel.

Port Charges, Taxes, Gratuities, Admin Fee

$300 per person due when Remaining Balance is Due (September 1, 2012). This payment satisfies Guest’s total obligation for Port Charges, Taxes, Gratuities, and Admin Fees.

Processing Fee

In order to secure a reservation, a $50/person processing fee will be collected at the time of the reservation. This fee will be applied to your final balance and is fully refundable if we are unable to accommodate your cabin requests.

Additional Passengers

The cost for 3rd and 4th passengers in a stateroom is $1,000 per person plus all applicable fees.

Included/Excluded Charges

These cabin prices are “cruise only” and are based upon double occupancy, except for “Singles”, and do not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases, purchased drinks onboard or excursions. It does include all meals, shows and onboard events produced by Jazz Cruises.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Jazz Cruises strongly recommends the purchase of Trip Insurance (see below)

Trip Insurance

Jazz Cruises strongly encourages the purchase of trip insurance. Please inquire at the time of booking about trip insurance, as certain preconditions mandate purchase within 21 days of your reservation to be effective. Certain policies allow for a nearly full refund for almost “any reason or cause” whatsoever.

Back to Back Cruises-Special Pricing

Please inquire with your reservation agent regarding special pricing for booking on back-to-back cruises. Any combination of consecutive cruises is available including Week 2 of The Smooth Jazz Cruise and The Jazz Cruise. Just call and ask for the "Back-To-Back" rate!!
