The Reservation Procedure for The Smooth Jazz Cruise 2013 is very easy. Just follow the directions and you will be able to reserve a cabin on either Week 1 – January 13-20, 2013 or Week 2 – January 20-27, 2013. The Reservation Procedure will vary depending upon whether you have sailed with us before, how many times you have sailed with us and when you are completing your reservation.
The first step is to determine your Guest Category. There are currently three Guest Categories:
- 2012 Guests: Guests sailing on The Smooth Jazz Cruise 2012
- Returning Guests: Guests who have sailed with Jazz Cruises at least once, but are not sailing on The Smooth Jazz Cruise 2012
- New Guests: Guests sailing with Jazz Cruises for the first time
Once you know your Guest Category, please go to the Reservation
Procedures section immediately below this section. You can then read the
various terms and conditions that apply to your Guest Category at this
time. Thereafter you will proceed directly to the Reservation Request Form,
where you will follow the prompts and complete your Reservation other than
credit card information which we will secure by contacting you upon receipt
of your Reservation Request Form.
Any and all remaining cabins will be sold as follows:
Reservation: To reserve a cabin for the 2013 cruise, any guest must complete the Reservation Form or call the office.
Pricing: Guests will pay the rate which corresponds to the Guest’s Category:
- 2012 Guests - Either the Returning Guest Rate or the 4 or More Rate
- Returning Guests - Either the Returning Guest Rate or the 4 or More Rate
- New Guests - The Public Rate
Deposit: Deposits are due at the time of the Reservation.
Cabin Selection: Guests may select and confirm any open cabin at the time of the Reservation.
