The St. Louis Gateway Classic
For nearly two decades, The St. Louis Gateway Classic has featured a college football game between two historic black schools, with the proceeds going to fund scholarships for needy and deserving students. Visionary leader, smooth jazz aficionado and Gateway Classic President, Rich Gray, is adding an amazing smooth jazz show to the weekend’s festivities. The 1st annual THE NIGHT BEFORE JAZZ SHOW will be held Friday, September 24, at 8 p.m. at the 560 Music Center and star the one-and-only Jonathan Butler and St. Louis’ own jazz saxophonist Tim Cunningham.
