Andre, moved to LA from Cleveland OH, in 1985 and immediately enrolled in the Los Angeles City College Music program that fall. He stayed there 4 years taking all the available music classes, and playing in all the jazz bands under the direction of Doc Simpson & Woody James, until he landed his first real road gig with the "Busboys" of Eddie Murphy's "48hours" fame in 1989. From there he went on to join A&M records recording act "Total Eclipse". His first Smooth Jazz tour was with Rick Braun in 1995 and from there he has continued on to tour/record/perform with the following: Dave Koz, Mindi Abair, TLC, David Benoit, Wayman Tisdale, Jeffrey Osborne, Jody Watley, Sophie B Hawkins and Tiny Tim… just to name a few.

Along with Randy Jacobs and Michael Lazaroff, Andre is the only person to participate on each and every “smooth jazz” cruise program offered by Jazz Cruises, LLC. Andre was there from the beginning and has contributed mightily, not only as a performer, but also as the emcee and director of the guest participation shows, now known as “Show Us Your Talent”.
