Jazz Cruises and The Smooth Jazz Cruise welcome you to The Smooth Jazz Cruise 2012. Here is the procedure for reserving a cabin on either (Week 1 – January 15-22, 2012 and Week 2 – January 22-29, 2012).

Your Reservation Procedure will depend upon whether you are a past guest or a new guest. There are three categories of guests:

2011 Guests: Guests sailing on The Smooth Jazz Cruise 2011

Returning Guests: Guests who have sailed with Jazz Cruises at least once, but are not sailing on The Smooth Jazz Cruise 2011

New Guests: Guests sailing with Jazz Cruises for the first time

Getting Started

To start your Reservation Procedure, go to the appropriate time frame and then click on your booking status. After you have reviewed the terms related to your booking status, then click on the “Start Your Reservation Now” button. Sequenced questions will appear. Please complete all of the questions, enter SUBMIT when you are done and your Reservation Form will be complete. You will then receive an e-mail highlighting all of the information that you submitted. Within 48 hours of your receipt of this e-mail, our office will contact you by telephone to confirm your reservation and provide you with any other information that you may need or request.

Reservation Procedures • August 1, 2010 - January 6, 2011

Any and all remaining cabins will be sold as follows:

Reservation: To reserve a cabin for the 2012 cruise, any guest must complete the Reservation Form or call the office.

Pricing: Guests will pay the rate which corresponds to the Guest’s Category:

2011 Guests and Returning Guests - Either the Returning Guest Rate or the 4 or More Rate
New Guests - The Public Rate

Deposit:

2011 Guests and Returning Guests - No Deposit will be due until January 6, 2011.
New Guests - Deposit will be due at the time of the reservation.

Cabin Selection: Guests may select and confirm any open cabin at the time of the Reservation.
